what a difference a week makes

Lots of fun times last week. George's show at Bjornson Kajiwara was a huge hit and a great chance to see all the Vancouver art scene usual suspects. Malcolm Parry event popped by to take some photos, although the photo is courtesy of Fred Lee at the Courier.

Friday night was the Fork and Glass event at the Vancouver Club, a sold out showing sampled wine winners from the Vancouver Magazine awards along with samples from some of Vancouver's best restaurants. No time to make it to the Brian Jungen show, but my friend Jane (www.janeirwin.blogspot.com) posts that it was a fantastic opening and after party.

Last night George and I got a chance to see the latest Helen Pitt show. My favorite part of the opening was the purchase of a choose your own adventure book, written and illustrated by Joey Dubuc, who kindly signed my copy.
