The comforts of Home

Friday night saw Vancouver fashion and design heavyweights throw the best Christmas party ever. Personal highlights for me were

1. the chocolate buffet courtesy of Green and Black's organic chocolates
2. Emily Ziff behind the bar, looking deadly gorgeous
3. Getting to wear that velvet vintage dress that hardly ever gets a chance to go out on the town.

Homemade is a joint effort between Fluevog, Cause+Affect, Jorg&Olif, Twice Shy and Pyrrha, all top Vancouver businesses changing the way we think about fashion and design. These are all young, smart, fashionable change makers. Word is that Homemade is going to be a recurring event, so keep your eyes peeled for the next one.
